AI CONSTRUCTION UNITS DATA FILE - EEE 1.3 (TDM) 05-02-03

On each turn, this file will be processed (if it exists), and units will be added
to all planetary construction queues which:
1. Are not currently busy.
2. Those planets which have reached maximum facilities.
3. The amount consumed per turn won't reduce the empire's resources to zero. 

Note: If there are units listed in the AI_Construction_Vehicles.txt file, they 
      will be constructed normally.


Percentage of Resources To Reserve For Unit Construction:
  The percentage of total resources that should be reserved for use
  only by unit construction. This percent of resources will be removed
  for use when facilities and ships are constructed and the AI is 
  determining how many resources are available for use. 

Colony Type:
  Homeworld, Mining Colony, Farming Colony, Refining Colony,
  Resupply Base, Research Compound, Intelligence Compound, 
  Construction Yard, Military Installation
  (This can be a comma separated list of colony types.)

Num Queue Entries:
  Num Entries

Entry X Type:
  AI Design Type - Mine, Satellite, Weapon Platform, Troop, Fighter, 
  Recon Satellite, Anti-Planet Drone, Anti-Ship Drone

Entry X Maximum in kT:
  Maximum amount in kT this planet can have of this unit type. If the planet 
  is below this amount, then units of this type will be added to the construction  
  queue. If this amount or greater is present on the planet, move down to the next
  entry. Maximum value for this is 65000.
